Our Strategic Planning Process
Berkeley's strategic planning process was guided by the Board of Trustees, our Headmaster, faculty and staff, our parents, and alumni - all of whom shared in the development of this sustainable plan for our school. Berkeley Forever, outlines key strategies that build on our successes and it charts a course that will take us to new levels of excellence in education.
The Berkeley Forever strategic plan was unanimously approved by the Board of Trustees in September 2018. Berkeley Forever encompasses four key goals: A Transformative Educational Journey, Professional Excellence, A Vibrant and Engaged Community, and Sustaining the Institution.

Berkeley Preparatory School
Founded in 1960, Berkeley is an independent, Episcopal, college-preparatory day school located in Tampa, FL, for boys and girls in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12. Approximately 1,400 students gather here from the greater Tampa Bay area to form ONE Berkeley.
